Refund and Return Policy
1. Purpose
This refund policy sets out the conditions under which customers may request a return or refund for products or services purchased on the site.
2. Physical products (automotive accessories)
In accordance with French law, customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To be eligible for a return:

it must be in its original state

It must be returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
After receipt and verification of the returned product, a refund can be issued according to the original payment method.
3. Digital Products
TikTok accounts sold on the site are considered digital products delivered electronically .
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after purchase .
However, if a technical problem is encountered during the delivery of the account, the customer can contact support so that a solution can be offered (assistance or replacement).
4. Refund Procedure

5. Reimbursement deadlines
If the refund request is accepted, the refund will be made within a reasonable timeframe after validation.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order , unless otherwise agreed.
6. Non-refundable products
The following products are non-refundable:

returned products damaged or used

products returned outside the legal time limit
